Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Certain items may be exempt from being returned, including custom-made products or items marked as final sale. If you are unsure about the eligibility of your item, please reach out to us for clarification.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, you must send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Returns requested after 14 days may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you may be responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipping process.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct product in a timely manner. Please follow the return request process outlined above to initiate your return.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will provide instructions for returning the item and will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
